What a Renegade 7 Training Camp Includes
Every training camp at Renegade 7 is bespoke. We work with you in advance to understand your goals, current fitness level, and any physical limitations, then design a programme that maximises the time you have available.
A typical 5-day training camp includes:
- Two coached sessions per day (morning strength, afternoon conditioning)
- Daily movement prep and cool-down protocols
- Sauna recovery sessions (on-site)

Training Camp Options
We offer three core training camp formats:
Individual Camps — For solo athletes who want focused coaching and the freedom to train on their own schedule. Ideal for competitive athletes preparing for a specific event or individuals who want to address a specific weakness.
Group Camps — For teams of 4–12 athletes. We programme sessions that develop both individual capacity and team cohesion. Popular with affiliate boxes, sports teams, and corporate groups.

When to Book
Our peak training camp season runs from March through June and September through November. July and August are available but book up quickly due to the wider tourist season. We recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and ensure we have time to prepare your bespoke programme.
